Frosty the Snowman Recordable Storybook Review & Giveaway (CLOSED)

Frosty the Snowman is a classic tale of a snowman coming to life and is even more enchanting when it's read in a familiar voice. This book is perfect for kids to record for themselves, for parents with kids, and grandparents to kids.

Published by Hallmark Books, this book is a hardcover (2010), written by Steve Nelson and Jack Rollins.

The pages are like a board book so it is suitable for toddlers to easily flip through. Recording was easy as there's two buttons to press: one to record and the other to stop. Hallmark has come up with this clever idea of a recordable book that both kids and parents can enjoy together.

Hallmark's recordable storybooks makes perfect gifts and are easy to set up:

I'm sure you are familiar with the song, Frosty the Snowman. That's the song written in this wonderful book. Little Brandon thought it was interesting to hear my voice come out of the book. He loved it and kept opening it to read/hear the book all the time (especially before his nap or bedtime). Brandon likes to push buttons and when he saw me press the record button, he wanted to push it too. A good thing is that there is a lock function to prevent your recorded voice from being erased.

You can record anything. It doesn't have to be the exact words/song from the book. If you want to be creative, you can record your own story telling according to the pictures of the pages. I think this is a fun and creative way to get kids to read.

WHERE TO BUY?
Hallmark Recordable books come in a variety of different stories. These can be purchased from your local book retailers or on Hallmark.com.
