BabyFirst "I Can Sign" DVD Review & Giveaway

Have you ever communicate with your baby or toddler using sign language? BabyFirst "I Can Sign" helps parents each their babies how to use sign language. Learn how to use sign language to converse with your baby/toddler even before he/she can even speak actual words.

“I Can Sign” is just one of the many educational shows you’ll find on BabyFirst and it’s certainly a helpful one! A huge benefit of using sign language with a baby is that it gives the baby the ability to express important needs. Learning to verbalize is much more difficult, as it involves learning where to place the tongue, forming the lips correctly and controlling the vocal chords. Little ones will have fun learning common signs as they listen to the lively music and watch other children participating in activities related to the featured vocabulary. When a baby can express needs by signing, frustration is alleviated which results in fewer tantrums and less crying!

Little Brandon is still learning how to use use his words and sometimes have difficulty saying what he wants. It's a little frustrating for both of us. After watching the DVD, he found it very interesting to learn new sign language that we haven't tried (or rarely used). The video is easy to follow and understand. The illustrations are also very cute. Brandon likes the hand gestures and loves learning new things. I'm really happy with that.
