babyGap introduced a limited-edition collection featuring everyone's favorite bear, Paddington™. Drawing from the original Peggy Fortnum book illustrations, Paddington Bear™ stars in an exciting, new gift and clothing collection for babyGap. The entire limited-edition collection for boys and girls, ranging in size from newborn to 24 months, is available at select Gap stores globally, as well as online at www.gap.com.
On February 4th, to coincide with the launch, Gap is turning it's White Space retail location on New York City's 5th Avenue into an interactive experience for kids in celebration of the history and adventurous spirit of Paddington™, which will be open through February. The walls within the space will be turned into oversized coloring book pages featuring different iconic images of Paddington Bear™ on his travels and there will be crayons and step stools on hand, inviting little shoppers to add their own artistic signature to the walls. Around the edges of the room, shelves placed at a kid-friendly height will hold iPads and headphones, playing Paddington Bear™ audio books.
