One to Grow On Kids' Audio Stories Review & Giveaway (Closed)

There were some times that I couldn't read the story books aloud to Brandon from my sore throat when I got sick and wanted to get some audio stories on CD for little Brandon to listen to instead. Brandon loves to read books and now he like to listen to stories that I make up (without the books). It's great for his imagination. So when I heard about these Kids' Audio Stories by author & storyteller Trenna Daniells, I had to check it out. I was given the opportunity to listen and review one of the CDs -- Learning to Love Ourselves (The Red Collection). I also received a sampler CD that contains 4 full-length stories from each collection.  Free audio samples are available to listen online.







DESCRIPTION

Be True To Yourself

Lionel discovers the importance of being himself: Lionel the Lion decides he doesn’t want to be the King of Beasts anymore. He proclaims himself a giraffe…and ends up with a mouth full of thorns. His attempts at being an elephant and a monkey turn out to be an even bigger disaster.

Matthew discovers the art of relationships: New to the African bush, Matthew learns to deal with the problems of fitting in and making new friends. His arrogant antics soon get him labeled a fool rather than a friend.

You're OK The Way You Are

A magical frog appreciates his own uniqueness: A mixed up but magical frog journeys through a swampland filled with creatures that want to share their own wonderful features and qualities. He sprouts the wings of a bird, the teeth of an alligator and the shell of a turtle and soon finds himself in an amazing pickle.
