The Importance of Vitamin D

Why is Vitamin D so important for our well-being? Research is proving that Vitamin D has many benefits on multiple organs within the body. Too little vitamin D can lower the immune system and increase the risk of heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes and more.

Since Brandon and I are somewhat lactose intolerant, we don't get to drink milk much so we are lacking vitamin D. And also since both of us are sick, our doctor told us to avoid dairy products for some time. The way we get enough of vitamin D is by taking supplements. Brandon takes vitamin chews, which he really likes (as it is like candy to him). For me, I used to take calcium chews. I stopped taking them because I didn't like the taste at all.


I was glad I was introduced to Ddrops. Ddrops are the sunshine vitamin in just one drop! I received a Ddrop for myself to try as well as a Kids Ddrop for little Brandon. Ddrops offers people an alternative to taking conventional pills or capsules. It is so fast and easy because I just put a drop in our drink or food once each day. I like how it's tasteless and it's odorless so we can't really tell there was something extra added.


The Kids Ddrops feature the Nickelodeon character, Dora, which is one of Brandon's favorite character. When he saw the box, he wanted to see it and asked what it is inside. I told him it is a liquid vitamin D and that it is just for kids like him (children 2 years and older).
