Little One Books Review and $25 GC Giveaway (CLOSED)

Little One Books (founded by Barney Cohen and Joan McCoy) offers a wide selection of quality books, music, and video for children from birth through age five. Their website is easy to navigate and the products they have are categorized by age groups. Books, music and video play an important role in a child's early life. At Little One Books, their staff hand pick and review the best children's books. I was given the opportunity to work with them and have chosen "My Very First Mother Goose" to review.






"My Very First Mother Goose" was edited by Iona A. Opie and illustrated by Rosemary Wells. This  hardcover book features adorable animal illustrations combined with classic nursery rhymes that children love to read. I am a fan of nursery rhymes and the songs are fun for Brandon to hear. Brandon enjoys the book very much and is learning to repeat the phrases I read. It is also his bedtime story book. The bunny characters reminded him of the children's television show, Max and Ruby (which is also based on the bestselling books by Rosemary Wells). Finally, what's funny is that Brandon was hoping to find the big yellow bus in the book. "The Wheels on the Bus go 'round and 'round is his favorite song. We have that in another book.
