About the Creator:

Dr. Baruch Kushnir is a world renowned expert in bed wetting, bladder control, and child development with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and a Ph. D. in Medical Psychology. Since 1982 Dr. Kushnir has worked with more than 24,000 children in his 17 clinics throughout Israel.


Unlike all other products on the market the potty training process in this movie is entirely pottyless. No more use of a potty. Kids are shown the way to move directly from diapers to toilet without the need to go through the ritual of carrying a used potty and is content and marching with it to the toilet. The major objective of the movie is to encourage kids to depart from the diaper and to move on to using the toilet. The movie presents the toilet as warm, loving, and friendly.

This was the perfect timing for me and Brandon when I received The Magic Bowl potty training DVD to review. Brandon is just potty trained, but still using the potty. He is slowing getting used to sitting on the toilet with the potty seat that goes on top. Brandon has made a good progress during his potty training within a week! He is a big boy now and is now comfortable standing up to pee in the toilet. No more diapers for Brandon, but he is now using training pants. And we also bought him some new underpants.





The DVD movie shows cartoon characters (the kids) learning to go to the toilet by themselves. It really engages interest and Brandon actually sat down and watch the entire movie. What I found and learned is that he prefers to watch illustrated characters and animations rather than the real-life people talking about potty training.
